Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Executive will engage in daily activities focused on business development and client relations within a dynamic work environment. This position requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and strategic feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Secure new accounts and promote sea, air, and land freight services.
- Generate leads and conduct client acquisition activities.
- Prepare quotations and manage CRM systems effectively.
- Conduct market analysis to establish brand positioning.
- Implement customer retention strategies and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and feedback.
Job Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sciences or related field.
CGPA of 3.00 or higher.
1 to 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within freight forwarding or logistics.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
