The Junior Sales position at Boustead Shipping Agencies Sdn Bhd involves conducting field visits to identify new business leads, promoting freight services, and assisting in preparing quotations while maintaining CRM records and meeting sales targets.

Conduct outdoor / field visits to prospect and identify new business leads (importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders) Present and promote the company's freight services - sea, air, and land - to potential customers Assist in preparing and submitting freight quotations under the supervision of the Manager Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and leads to convert prospects into active accounts Update and maintain CRM / prospect database with visit records, feedback, and progress Accompany senior Sales staff on client calls and joint visits to learn sales approach Attend internal training sessions on logistics, freight products, customs procedures, and customer handling Meet weekly and monthly visit/call targets as set by the Manager Report daily fieldwork activities and lead status to the Manager
