Join the presales team in Cyberjaya as an Inside Solutions Architect supporting the Hong Kong region. This role focuses on developing technical expertise in datacenter solutions and consultative skills to gather customer requirements. You will collaborate with diverse teams to architect unique technical solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and present features and benefits to customers. By staying ahead of trends in cloud, AI, and software-defined infrastructure, you will help drive innovation and modernized IT operations for clients.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Solid knowledge of Server, Storage, Networking, and Virtualization technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a passion for technology.
Innovative self-starter with a detail-oriented problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to architect technical solutions.
