Job Description
As an Inside Solutions Architect (iSA), you will join the presales team in Cyberjaya to support the Philippines region. You will develop expertise in Dell’s datacenter solutions and use consultative skills to architect technical solutions based on customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Present technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Drive trends in modernized datacenters, cloud, and AI.
- Collaborate with the presales team to optimize customer IT infrastructure.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Provide consultative support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Tagalog.
Foundational knowledge of Server, Storage, Networking, and Virtualization.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a positive attitude.
Detail-oriented problem solver with an innovative and creative mindset.
Passion for technology and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
