Job Description
As an Inside Solutions Architect (iSA), you will join the presales team in Cyberjaya to support the Philippines region. You will develop expertise in Dell’s datacenter solutions and use consultative skills to architect technical solutions based on customer requirements. Your role involves delivering product demos, presenting features and benefits, and driving trends in modernized datacenters, cloud, and AI to help customers optimize their IT infrastructure.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Tagalog.
Foundational knowledge of Server, Storage, Networking, and Virtualization.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a positive attitude.
Detail-oriented problem solver with an innovative and creative mindset.
Passion for technology and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
