As an Intern in Health Performance Management & Intelligence, you will deliver routine reports, automate processes, and develop operational analytics to enable data-driven business decisions.
Job Description
You will be responsible for delivering routine reports and automating processes to support business requirements. This involves using analytical tools like SQL and Excel to extract, transform, and visualize complex datasets. You will detect data anomalies, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to Senior Management. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining analytical data warehouses and visualization dashboards while ensuring data integrity and performing ad-hoc analysis for management decision-making.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT Data Analytics, Statistics, or Data Science.
Proficient in SQL and MS Excel.
Prior experience with SAS, Visual Basic, R, or Python is an advantage.
Familiarity with BI tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated attitude.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse business units.
