Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement within a collaborative team environment. You will gain valuable insights into HR operations and contribute to the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to policy development.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in human resources and talent management.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
