Job Description
The Material Testing Lab at Continental is seeking an intern to assist with various functions related to material testing. The intern will conduct physical and chemical testing of rubber and chemical raw materials, contributing to the development of test methods aimed at improving the percent devulcanization of reclaimed rubber. Additionally, the intern will participate in a feasibility study exploring alternative methods for better characterization of reclaimed rubber.
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in material testing and research, while working alongside experienced professionals in the field. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting ongoing projects and will have the chance to learn about innovative testing methodologies.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English
