Job Description
As an AI Automation Intern at Upstack Studio, you will work remotely with a team dedicated to transforming ideas into impactful applications. Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying automation opportunities, documenting workflows, and measuring their impact using various AI tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to identify automation opportunities.
- Design and prototype AI-driven workflows using tools like Zapier and Make.com.
- Deploy automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Document workflows and measure their impact on productivity.
- Explore and evaluate new AI tools for potential integration.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to the team.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen.
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, n8n).
Bonus if you have Python, JavaScript, or LangChain/vector DB experience.
Interest in workflow design, systems thinking, and operational efficiency.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
