Role Summary
This role is an internship as a Business Analyst focused on data analysis and supporting business decisions. The internship provides hands-on experience in analyzing data and sharing insights with various teams.
Job Description
The role involves collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources and performing data analysis and reporting using Excel and other tools. Responsibilities include supporting the design and automation of business reports, using SQL to extract data, identifying business trends, collaborating with teams to address business requirements, assisting in process improvements, and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Having some basic IT knowledge (preferably with education background of SQL coding).
Strong data mindset (able to massage data to perform analytics).
Having business sense.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn, proactive, and adaptable.
Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
Able to speak and write in Chinese, English, and Malay.
