Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, responding to enquiries through Response.io, conducting outreach through WhatsApp and digital channels, supporting analysis of engagement patterns, participating in process-improvement initiatives, and assisting in weekly reporting.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence in customer-facing interactions.
Comfortable with structured work, digital tools, and basic tracking systems such as Excel/Sheets, CRM platforms, and communication dashboards.
Detail-oriented when handling customer data and internal reporting.
Self-driven, curious, and motivated to improve processes behind the scenes.
Passionate about being part of an organization that values people and progress.
Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
3-6 months of internship placement.
