This HR Admin Internship role involves assisting with employee programs and managing employee data. The position offers hands-on experience in HR and involvement in initiatives that support employee growth.
The role includes supporting the administration, rollout, and execution of employee retention and growth initiatives, managing employee data in HR systems, and assisting with compensation and benefits plans. Additionally, the internship involves coordinating with payroll and managing the administration of learning sessions, including scheduling and communication.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
