Job Description
The intern will engage in day-to-day activities that include updating stock records, reconciling delivery orders, and tracking delivery schedules in a dynamic work environment. The role also involves logistics coordination and maintaining procurement documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support inventory management by updating stock records.
- Reconcile delivery orders to ensure accuracy.
- Track delivery schedules and communicate updates.
- Prepare delivery documents for logistics coordination.
- Liaise with warehouse and project teams for efficient operations.
- Assist with transport coordination for deliveries.
- Maintain procurement and delivery trackers for oversight.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with documentation and supplier research.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field preferred.
Able to commit to a 3–6 months internship (January 2026 Intake).
Possess own transport and is willing to travel for warehouse visits and stock checks.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
