Job Description
The intern will support inventory and procurement activities including updating stock records, reconciling delivery orders, and tracking delivery schedules. Responsibilities also include logistics coordination such as preparing delivery documents, liaising with warehouse and project teams, and assisting with transport coordination. Additionally, the role involves maintaining procurement and delivery trackers, supporting planning documents, and participating in supply chain team meetings. The intern may also contribute to process improvement efforts and assist with documentation and supplier research.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field preferred.
Able to commit to a 3–6 months internship (January 2026 Intake).
Possess own transport and is willing to travel for warehouse visits and stock checks.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
