Role Summary

The Internship Business Development is responsible for supporting the Business Development team in onboarding new suppliers and resellers. This role provides an opportunity to learn about the company's products and partnership models while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

The intern will assist the Business Development (BD) team with various tasks related to onboarding new suppliers and resellers, including managing documentation and contracts. The position also involves preparing regular partner reports and product updates while shadowing senior BD team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding new suppliers and resellers.
  • Manage documentation and contracts for new partners.
  • Register suppliers and resellers in internal systems.
  • Prepare regular partner reports and product updates.
  • Track basic issues related to partner management.
  • Shadow senior BD team members to learn about partnership models.
  • Gradually manage partners independently under supervision.

Job Requirements

Internship period for 3 months (preferably 6 months).

Preferably majoring in Business, Management, or any related field.

Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

Basic knowledge of account management principles and customer service etiquette.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferable.
