Role Summary

The Internship Business Development Specialist is responsible for leading and managing sales activities for the aluminium can and end product line. This role involves ensuring sustainable revenue growth, high customer satisfaction, and expanded market share while accommodating travel and remote work arrangements.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in daily sales activities, collaborating with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth. The work environment is dynamic, requiring both independent and team-oriented efforts to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales activities for aluminium can and end product line.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct regular customer visits locally and overseas to gather feedback.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on market analysis.
  • Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as cpm and OEE to drive improvements.

Job Requirements

Solid understanding of aluminum can production and line performance metrics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
