The Internship Communications & Public Relations is responsible for managing both internal and external communications at a video agency. This role involves creating engaging stories and maintaining client relationships while collaborating with creative teams to align messaging with client objectives.

In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day communications activities, working closely with clients and creative teams to ensure effective messaging. You will be part of a dynamic environment that fosters creativity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication.
• Understand clients' needs and goals, translating them into actionable project briefs for the creative team.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, proactively addressing any concerns and keeping clients informed of project progress and updates.
• Maintain the agency’s brand voice across all communications channels, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and website content.
• Identify PR opportunities, craft pitches, and maintain relationships with media contacts to increase brand visibility.
• Lead crisis communication efforts when necessary, ensuring transparency and a proactive approach to reputation management.
• Foster an open communication culture within the agency, promoting team alignment on project goals and agency objectives.
