Build and nurture strong client relationships, proactively addressing any concerns and keeping clients informed of project progress and updates.
Maintain the agency’s brand voice across all communications channels, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and website content.
Identify PR opportunities, craft pitches, and maintain relationships with media contacts to increase brand visibility.
Lead crisis communication efforts when necessary, ensuring transparency and a proactive approach to reputation management.
Foster an open communication culture within the agency, promoting team alignment on project goals and agency objectives.
Regularly update team members on client feedback, new trends, and relevant industry insights.
Work closely with project managers, creative directors, and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
