
The Internship Company Secretary Intern is responsible for assisting in the procedures for setting up a Sdn. Bhd. company. This role provides valuable exposure to corporate secretarial practices and compliance obligations within a dynamic work environment.
As an Internship Company Secretary Intern, you will engage in day-to-day tasks that involve understanding and preparing various documents related to company incorporation and compliance. You will work closely with experienced professionals in a supportive environment that encourages learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Law, Business Administration, Business Studies, Management, or a related field.
Enrollment in or completion of a Company Secretary course.
Knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and relevant legislation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
