Job Description
The Content Intern will engage in day-to-day activities that include planning and posting content on platforms like TikTok and XiaoHongShu. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brand's voice and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Hiredly's social media channels in English and Chinese.
- Plan and post content according to a weekly schedule.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content.
- Assist with other marketing projects as needed.
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics to improve content strategy.

Job Requirements
Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Confident in English and Chinese writing and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle several projects simultaneously.
Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Basic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva and CapCut.
