Job Description
As a CRM Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the digital growth team to implement and manage customer journeys using messaging and CRM tools. You will gain hands-on experience in automating marketing processes and analyzing data to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns using messaging and CRM platforms.
- Automate customer journeys to improve engagement and retention.
- Optimize marketing processes through data-driven workflows.
- Manage communications across the customer lifecycle.
- Utilize tools such as SleekFlow and Manychat for campaign execution.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze campaign performance.
- Assist in the integration of various Martech platforms.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or campaign execution roles.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of platforms such as SleekFlow, Manychat, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or others.
Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and data connectors (e.g., Zapier, Make).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
