
The Internship Rewards Procurement & Management is responsible for supporting procurement processes with a focus on cost-effective acquisition of premium products. This role involves assisting in various procurement activities that contribute to the overall procurement strategies of the organization.
The intern will engage in day-to-day procurement activities, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient management of premium products. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, providing opportunities to learn and grow within the procurement field.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in supplier management and relationship building. - Support contract negotiation processes with suppliers. - Monitor and control inventory levels of premium products. - Manage premium warranty and expiry matters effectively. - Contribute to the development of procurement strategies. - Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on procurement goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant procurement software.
