Role Summary

The Internship - E-Commerce is responsible for supporting various functions within the e-commerce department. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, marketing, and administrative tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Job Description

As an intern at MEDICOS, you will engage in daily activities that involve assisting with customer inquiries, conducting research, and participating in team meetings. You will also have the chance to contribute to marketing initiatives and events while managing administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer service operations by addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights and ideas.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

Currently in the final year of diploma/degree program or a recent graduate of Business, E-commerce or related field.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented, proactive and able to multitask.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
