Role Summary

The Internship Event is responsible for assisting in the hosting of physical, virtual, and hybrid events. This role provides valuable experience in event planning, production, and management while working closely with various stakeholders and vendors.

Job Description

Interns at Light Up 7 will engage in a dynamic work environment where they will support the execution of diverse events. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with team members and managing logistics to ensure successful event outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing events.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to coordinate event details.
  • Support event logistics and on-site management.
  • Obtain necessary permits for events.
  • Monitor event progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Contribute to post-event reporting and evaluations.
  • Help with marketing and promotional activities for events.

Job Requirements

Diploma, advanced diploma, bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma, or professional degree in a related field.

Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; Chinese is a bonus.

Must be able to drive and own a vehicle (car).
