Finance: Manage administrative tasks, including generating sales quotes, issuing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting with HR processes such as onboarding and employee record management. Operational & Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support for the day-to-day operations, helping streamline office functionality and manage special projects. Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and prepare for key meetings and coordinate staff events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Scheduling & Planning: Coordinate and organize scheduling and planning activities to ensure smooth workflow.
Proactive Learner: Eager to absorb new information and apply it in a dynamic setting.
Organizational Prowess: Exceptional time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
