This internship is with MoneyMama, a young company developing an AI product to assist Malaysians with personal financial matters. The role is generalist and ambiguous, requiring the intern to undertake a variety of tasks such as expanding and organizing knowledge bases, interacting with users to troubleshoot issues, conducting user feedback and testing sessions, stress-testing features, handling undefined tasks, and tracking the business's revenue and costs. The position demands a self-directed individual comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working without detailed instructions.
