Internship Finance – Ayvens MHC Mobility Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd

The Internship Finance is responsible for supporting the finance team in various accounting tasks. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a dynamic work environment.

As an intern in the finance department, you will engage in daily tasks that include payment processing, data entry, and assisting with financial reporting. You will work closely with team members to ensure accurate financial documentation and support the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with completing work orders.
• Process payments accurately and timely.
• Enter data into accounting systems.
• Send out monthly lease invoices.
• Support bank reconciliation activities.
• Request statements of account from relevant parties.
• Reconcile accounts on a quarterly basis.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Liaise with auditors or tax agents as needed.
• File documents and perform other duties as assigned.
