Job Description

The role involves assisting with completing work orders, payment processing, and data entry in accounting systems. The individual will be responsible for sending out monthly lease invoices, assisting in bank reconciliation, requesting statements of account, and reconciling accounts on a quarterly basis. Additional duties include supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, liaising with auditors or tax agents, filing documents, and performing other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

A-level or equivalent experience is required.

Pursuing a degree related to Accounting and Finance with basic knowledge in these fields is required.

Fluency in business English, both written and verbal, is required, with a second or third language preferable.

Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required.
