Role Summary
The Internship Operations (Procurement) is responsible for supporting the procurement process within the organization. This role involves engaging with various tasks related to insurance management and fleet operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations team.
Job Description
In this internship, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of summarizing insurance quotes and managing road-tax processes. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure timely coverage and effective handling of insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Summarize insurance quotes for new and renewal fleets.
- Assist in end-to-end road-tax management to ensure timely coverage.
- Monitor and follow up on insurance claim cases related to reported fleet accidents.
- Ensure all supporting documents are completed and submitted in the system (MILES) for Work Order approval.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance and road-tax documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
Job Requirements
Pursuing a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business Administration, Automotive or any related studies.
Ability to converse and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Proficient in basic Microsoft skills.
