
This internship position in Operations focuses on Procurement and involves handling tasks related to insurance quotes, road-tax management, and accident claims tracking. The role requires managing insurance quotes for fleets, assisting with road-tax processes, and ensuring proper documentation for claim cases.
The role involves summarizing insurance quotes for new and renewal fleets. It also includes assisting in end-to-end road-tax management to ensure timely coverage, monitoring and following up on insurance claim cases related to reported fleet accidents, and ensuring all supporting documents are completed and submitted in the system (MILES) for Work Order approval.
Pursuing a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business Admin, Automotive or any related studies.
Ability to converse and write English and Bahasa Melayu.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Proficient in basic Microsoft skills.
