
This internship supports the sales team by tracking sales, assisting with customer queries, and coaching team members. The role includes daily sales report management, customer support, and sales team performance improvement.
The role involves gathering and refreshing daily sales tracking and reports, providing training and direction to improve sales team performance, and supporting the team with customer inquiries, daily product updates, and follow-ups on submission statuses. The position also requires generating and managing orders promptly, addressing urgent requests, assessing pending orders for customer satisfaction, and observing sales calls to provide coaching to agents on errors or misinformation.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
Language requirement: Mandarin-speaking is compulsory due to the nature of the project.
Open to students, fresh graduates, or anyone seeking internship placement.
Able to start immediately is a plus.
