The Internship For Business Student - Sales Support (Mandarin Speaking) is responsible for providing essential support to the sales team and enhancing overall performance. This role involves engaging with customers, managing orders, and coaching team members in a dynamic sales environment.

In this internship, you will be involved in daily sales tracking, report generation, and providing support to the sales team. You will also assist with customer inquiries and ensure timely order management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and refresh daily sales tracking and reports.
• Provide training and direction to improve sales team performance.
• Support the team with customer inquiries and daily product updates.
• Follow up on submission statuses and manage urgent requests.
• Generate and manage orders promptly.
• Assess pending orders for customer satisfaction.
• Observe sales calls to provide coaching to agents on errors or misinformation.
