This internship position is for an HR & Administrative Officer. The role involves gaining practical experience in recruitment, supporting e-commerce projects, and working in a stable environment with opportunities for growth.
The HR & Administrative Officer internship includes managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee records, as well as tracking attendance and assisting with payroll and reporting. The role also involves providing administrative support to management, organizing records, coordinating communication, and supporting e-commerce team scheduling and performance evaluation to ensure smooth project execution.
Applicant must be Malaysian Chinese or Chinese nationals who have resided in Malaysia for over 5 years.
Candidates should be aged between 26 and 35 years old.
Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required.
Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is a strong advantage.
Basic knowledge of local taxation and labor laws is necessary.
