
The Internship HR & Administrative Officer is responsible for supporting the HR and administrative functions of the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient recruitment, onboarding, and employee management processes within a dynamic e-commerce environment.
As an HR & Administrative Officer intern, you will engage in daily tasks that involve managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records. You will also provide administrative support to management and assist in coordinating communication and scheduling for the e-commerce team.
Key Responsibilities:
Malaysian Chinese or Chinese nationals residing in Malaysia for over 5 years.
Aged between 26 and 35 years old.
Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of local taxation and labor laws.
Detail-oriented and responsible.
Strong communication and execution skills.
