The Human Resources Intern supports the HR team by managing employee data, assisting with training grant claims, and contributing to recruitment processes. The role involves organizing records, maintaining documentation, and providing administrative support to HR projects and initiatives.
This role involves supporting HR in managing and consolidating employee data collected since 2022, ensuring the information is accurate, complete, and confidential. It includes organizing employee records into a structured digital system for easy reference. The role also supports HRDC-related tasks by preparing and updating training grant claims and managing Industrial Training Scheme documentation, working closely with HR to meet submission deadlines. In addition, the position assists in recruitment processes by organizing candidate documents and maintaining recruitment files, as well as providing general support in job postings and candidate coordination. The role also involves providing administrative assistance to the HR team for ongoing projects and ad hoc HR initiatives.
Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
Sound working knowledge of MS Office package including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work well as a team member.
