Job Description

In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day HR activities, focusing on data management and recruitment processes within a collaborative team environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to important HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR in managing and consolidating employee data.
  • Organize employee records into a structured digital system.
  • Prepare and update training grant claims for HRDC-related tasks.
  • Manage Industrial Training Scheme documentation and meet submission deadlines.
  • Assist in recruitment processes by organizing candidate documents.
  • Maintain recruitment files and provide support in job postings.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the HR team for ongoing projects.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel.

Sound working knowledge of MS Office package including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to work well as a team member.
