Role Summary
The Internship in Corporate Advisory is responsible for supporting the corporate advisory team in various tasks related to IPO processes. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and capital markets within a dynamic work environment.
Job Description
As an intern, you will assist in the drafting of registration statements and other IPO-related documents while preparing investor presentations, pitch decks, and corporate materials. You will also conduct market and industry research, support due diligence processes, and provide general project and administrative support as needed.
