This internship position in HR and Administration involves managing the front desk and supporting various administrative and HR-related tasks. The role requires handling client interactions, scheduling, office security, and clerical duties while maintaining strong communication with the team.
The HR and Admin Intern will be responsible for managing the front desk on a daily basis while performing a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks. The role involves greeting and welcoming clients, scheduling and following up on appointments, answering phones professionally, managing mail and deliveries, maintaining office security, and supporting team organization through strong communication. Additional duties include clerical receptionist tasks such as filing, typing, photocopying, and ordering stationery.
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business administration or equivalent.
Required languages: Mandarin and English.
Familiarity with administrative duties.
Attention to detail.
Can-do attitude.
