
The Internship in HR and Administration is responsible for supporting the HR and administrative functions of the organization. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic office environment while contributing to team organization and client relations.
The HR and Admin Intern will manage the front desk daily and perform various administrative and HR-related tasks. This role involves greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, managing mail, maintaining office security, and supporting team organization through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
Required languages: Mandarin and English.
Familiarity with administrative duties.
