Role Summary
This internship position is suited for IT students interested in gaining practical experience in tech repair and security systems. The role involves assisting with PC and laptop repair, network setup, CCTV installation, and basic IT support under the guidance of the technical team.
Job Description
This internship offers hands-on experience in PC and laptop repair, printer troubleshooting, network setup including TP-Link routers and Wi-Fi, CCTV and security system installation, and basic IT support for customers. Interns will work with the technical team and learn practical skills used in the IT and Security industry. They will gain knowledge in laptop repair such as RAM and SSD upgrades and battery replacement, network configuration of Wi-Fi, routers, and switches, CCTV installation and troubleshooting, customer service, and problem-solving.
Job Requirements
Currently studying IT, Networking, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willing to learn and follow instructions.
Responsible, disciplined and able to work in a team.
Able to travel with technicians for on-site jobs and transport is provided.
