Job Description
Interns will engage in daily tasks that involve troubleshooting and repairing PCs and laptops, setting up networks, and assisting with security system installations. This role offers a dynamic work environment where interns will gain valuable experience in the IT and security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in PC and laptop repairs, including RAM and SSD upgrades.
- Troubleshoot printer issues and provide solutions.
- Set up and configure TP-Link routers and Wi-Fi networks.
- Install and maintain CCTV and security systems.
- Provide basic IT support to customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team on various projects.
- Travel with technicians for on-site jobs as required.
Job Requirements
Currently studying IT, Networking, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Responsible and disciplined with the ability to work in a team.
Ability to travel for on-site jobs.
