Job Description
The IT Intern will assist in maintaining company IT systems and support the setup and testing of automation workflows such as Zapier and API integrations. The role includes managing user access, documenting system procedures, and participating in IT and automation projects under the supervision of the IT team. The intern will work with various departments to support tech-related tasks and ensure accurate documentation and organization of digital resources.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
Basic understanding of IT systems, database logic, and troubleshooting.
Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Zapier, or workflow/automation platforms.
Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsible, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
