
The Internship (IT Support/Helpdesk) is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients. Interns will engage in troubleshooting, user training, and managing support tickets in a dynamic work environment.
Interns will work closely with the IT support team to address customer issues through various communication methods. The role involves participating in on-call rotations for after-hours support and collaborating with other departments to resolve technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Current IT/Computer Science final year students or equivalent.
Must be able to work in rotating shifts (morning shift 9am-6pm / afternoon shift 2pm-11pm) and weekends.
Positive problem-solving approach.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (reading, speaking, typing); familiarity with basic Malay and Cantonese is a plus.
Good communication skills and reliability.
