This internship in IT Support/Helpdesk begins in November 2025. The role involves solving technical issues, supporting users, and gaining hands-on experience in a team environment.
We are accepting applications for motivated and talented interns to start in November 2025. The role includes troubleshooting customer issues through various communication methods, participating in on-call rotations for after-hours support, resolving client technical problems, providing user training and support, and handling helpdesk or call center first-line support tasks. Interns will also manage support tickets, generate reports, communicate with other departments, and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Must be able to work in rotate shift (morning shift 9am-6pm / afternoon shift 2pm-11pm) and weekends.
Current IT/Computer Science final year students or equivalent.
Positive problem-solving approach.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (reading speaking typing); HQ is Taiwan, familiarity with basic Malay and Cantonese is a plus.
Preferred internship duration: 4-6 months.
Good communication and reliable.
