Internship IT Support Trainee (Intern) – Bytecenture Consulting Sdn. Bhd.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field.

Working experience in IT systems, networking, or project implementation will be an added advantage.

Familiar with Windows Server environments and Active Directory structure, with configuration experience.

Proficient in Linux system administration.

Familiar with the operation and troubleshooting of DELL servers and mainstream network devices.

Possess some project implementation experience and able to complete system deployment or delivery independently according to technical requirements.

Candidates with professional certifications such as CCNA or CCNP will be given preference.

Strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, with good communication, coordination, and learning skills.

Able to read, write, and communicate in Mandarin, as this role requires coordination with China stakeholders.
