Role Summary
The Internship IT Support Trainee is responsible for assisting in the planning, deployment, and maintenance of core IT systems. This role involves managing network infrastructure and participating in digitalisation projects within a dynamic IT environment.
Job Description
As an IT Support Trainee, you will engage in day-to-day operations that include maintaining Windows Domain Controllers, Linux systems, and DELL servers. You will also support the management of network infrastructure and smart office devices, contributing to various digitalisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and deploying core IT systems.
- Manage and maintain Windows Domain Controllers and Linux systems.
- Support the operation of DELL servers and mainstream network devices.
- Participate in digitalisation projects to enhance IT infrastructure.
- Maintain smart office devices and ensure their functionality.
- Implement IT asset management procedures.
- Contribute to emergency response procedures for IT systems.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with Windows Server environments and Active Directory structure.
Proficiency in Linux system administration.
Experience with DELL servers and network devices.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin for coordination with stakeholders in China.
Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
