Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator Intern will engage in day-to-day tasks such as order picking, packing, and shipping, while also assisting with inventory management and quality control. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with multiple teams to optimize logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily fulfillment activities including order picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards.
  • Analyze fulfillment data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and order flow for efficiency.
  • Update documentation related to logistics processes.
  • Contribute to cross-functional team meetings to enhance collaboration.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Experience with ERP/WMS software.

Previous retail or logistics experience is a plus.

Basic data analysis or reporting skills.
