Internship Operations (Exhibition) at C.I.S Network Sdn Bhd - Kuala Lumpur

The Internship Operations (Exhibition) is responsible for assisting in the build-up and tear down of exhibition projects throughout Malaysia. This role supports event conceptualization, development, onsite execution, and post-event reporting and analysis, ensuring smooth operations across various tasks.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations related to exhibitions, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful event execution. You will be involved in sourcing logistics, managing temporary crews, and handling client correspondence, all while staying updated on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the build-up and tear down of exhibition projects.
• Support event conceptualization and development processes.
• Execute onsite operations during exhibitions.
• Conduct post-event reporting and analysis.
• Source and communicate with logistics, contractors, and suppliers.
• Recruit and manage temporary event crews.
