Job Description
The internship involves assisting in setting up and operating various production machines such as CNC, milling, turning, and grinding machines. The intern will monitor machine performance, report abnormalities, learn to adjust basic parameters under supervision, clean machines and the surrounding areas after production, assist in preventive maintenance activities, and ensure proper storage of tools and materials.
Job Requirements
Basic understanding of machining processes (milling, turning, grinding, drilling, etc.) is an advantage.
Able to read simple technical drawings or willing to learn.
Familiar with basic measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.) preferred.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / Word for reporting purposes).
Internship duration: Minimum 3 to 6 months.
