Role Summary
The Internship Operator is responsible for assisting in the setup and operation of various production machines. This role provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, contributing to the efficiency and quality of production processes.
Job Description
The intern will engage in daily operations involving CNC, milling, turning, and grinding machines, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness. This position offers a practical learning experience under supervision, fostering skills in machine operation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating production machines.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
- Learn to adjust basic parameters under supervision.
- Clean machines and surrounding areas after production.
- Assist in preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper storage of tools and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.
Job Requirements
Basic understanding of machining processes (milling, turning, grinding, drilling, etc.) is an advantage.
Able to read simple technical drawings or willing to learn.
Familiar with basic measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.) preferred.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / Word for reporting purposes).
Internship duration: Minimum 3 to 6 months.
