This internship position supports video project management from editing to delivery. The role offers hands-on experience in video production and collaboration with creative teams.
The Post-Producer Intern assists the post-production team by coordinating and managing video project workflows from editing to final delivery. This includes supporting project organisation, communication, and quality control to ensure deliverables meet creative and technical standards.
Perform administrative and logistical tasks related to post-production scheduling and documentation.
Assist post-producers in managing project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
Organise and maintain project folders, footage, and other production materials.
Coordinate and document feedback between internal teams, editors, and clients.
Conduct quality checks on video edits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and that client or director feedback has been correctly implemented.
Liaise with and coordinate freelancers such as voice-over artists, editors, or translators when required.
Arrange and support live editing sessions, voice-over recordings, and other post-production activities.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail, with an eye for both visual and technical accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic understanding of post-production processes and workflows.
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) is an advantage.
Eagerness to learn and contribute within a fast-paced production environment.
