Internship Post Producer – Vicinity Studio

The Internship Post Producer is responsible for assisting the post-production team in managing video project workflows. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all deliverables meet the creative and technical standards required for successful project completion.

As a Post-Producer Intern, you will work closely with the post-production team in a dynamic environment, coordinating various aspects of video projects from editing to final delivery. Your day-to-day tasks will involve supporting project organization, communication, and quality control to ensure high standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing administrative and logistical tasks related to post-production scheduling and documentation.
• Support post-producers in managing project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
• Organize and maintain project folders, footage, and other production materials.
• Coordinate and document feedback between internal teams, editors, and clients.
• Conduct quality checks on video edits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Liaise with and coordinate freelancers such as voice-over artists, editors, or translators when required.
• Arrange and support live editing sessions, voice-over recordings, and other post-production activities.
