Internship Post Producer – Vicinity Studio

The Internship Post Producer is responsible for assisting in the post-production process of various projects. This role involves supporting post-producers in managing timelines, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring quality and organization throughout the production workflow.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day administrative and logistical tasks that are crucial for post-production. You will work closely with post-producers and various teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative and logistical tasks related to post-production scheduling and documentation.
• Assist post-producers in managing project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
• Organise and maintain project folders, footage, and other production materials.
• Coordinate and document feedback between internal teams, editors, and clients.
• Conduct quality checks on video edits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Liaise with and coordinate freelancers such as voice-over artists, editors, or translators when required.
• Arrange and support live editing sessions, voice-over recordings, and other post-production activities.
