Internship Post Producer – Vicinity Studio

The Internship Post Producer at Vicinity Studio assists in managing post-production tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and quality checks, while coordinating feedback and supporting live editing sessions and other production activities.

Perform administrative and logistical tasks related to post-production scheduling and documentation. Assist post-producers in managing project timelines, schedules, and deliverables. Organise and maintain project folders, footage, and other production materials. Coordinate and document feedback between internal teams, editors, and clients. Conduct quality checks on video edits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and that client or director feedback has been correctly implemented. Liaise with and coordinate freelancers such as voice-over artists, editors, or translators when required. Arrange and support live editing sessions, voice-over recordings, and other post-production activities.
