In this role, you will engage in day-to-day administrative and logistical tasks that are crucial for post-production. You will work closely with post-producers and various teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and logistical tasks related to post-production scheduling and documentation.
- Assist post-producers in managing project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Organise and maintain project folders, footage, and other production materials.
- Coordinate and document feedback between internal teams, editors, and clients.
- Conduct quality checks on video edits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Liaise with and coordinate freelancers such as voice-over artists, editors, or translators when required.
- Arrange and support live editing sessions, voice-over recordings, and other post-production activities.

Currently pursuing a degree in Film, Media, or a related field.
