Job Description
As an intern in Product Design & Associate, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve user research, design, and collaboration with engineering teams to improve our learning and job placement platforms. You will have the opportunity to work on real projects that impact users directly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and feedback.
- Design wireframes and user interfaces for our products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Analyze user data to inform design decisions.
- Manage product execution tasks and timelines.
- Address UX issues and propose effective solutions.
Job Requirements
Knowledge in product, UI/UX design, or product design.
Strong Figma skills including flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Ability to break down complex problems into simple user flows.
Comfortable analyzing data and engaging with real users.
Strong ownership mentality and bias towards action.
