The Internship SEO & Growth Strategist is responsible for developing and managing the organic growth strategy for Sigma School. This role focuses on enhancing SEO to drive inbound organic leads and improve search visibility across targeted regions and skills.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve diagnosing the full search funnel and overseeing content creation for scalable programmatic pages. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the organic growth strategy focusing on SEO.
- Diagnose the full search funnel to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define a comprehensive keyword and intent architecture.
- Oversee content creation for scalable programmatic pages.
- Ensure technical SEO is optimized for performance.
- Develop link and authority growth strategies.
- Optimize for AI and voice search answer surfaces.
- Set and measure KPIs to track success.
- Document processes and coordinate a team for execution.
Job Requirements
Experience in programmatic SEO or strong aptitude for systems thinking.
Technical SEO skills or proven ability to collaborate with developers.
Familiarity or strong interest in AI/answer surface optimization.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in GSC, GA4, BigQuery or equivalents.
Growth mindset with comfort in experimentation and iteration.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with various teams.
Self-starter with the ability to manage strategy, coordination, and execution.
