The role involves building and managing the organic growth strategy for Sigma School, focusing on SEO to increase inbound organic leads and improve search visibility across targeted regions and skills. The position requires diagnosing the full search funnel, defining a comprehensive keyword and intent architecture, overseeing content creation for scalable programmatic pages, ensuring technical SEO is optimized, developing link and authority growth strategies, and optimizing for AI and voice search answer surfaces. The role also includes setting and measuring KPIs, documentation, and coordinating a team for execution.
Experience in programmatic SEO (building scalable templates, GEO pages, mass landing pages) or very strong aptitude for systems thinking.
Technical SEO skills (schema, indexing, crawl budgets, canonical, site architecture) or proven ability to partner with devs.
Familiarity or strong interest in AI/answer surface optimization (voice search, AI snippet positioning).
Analytical mind: Can translate data into action, comfortable with GSC, GA4, BigQuery or equivalents.
Growth-mindset: Comfortable with experimentation, iteration, failure, quick corrections.
Good communicator: Will coordinate with content writers, devs, leadership, and must translate strategy into simple weekly tasks.
Self-starter: Because this role covers strategy + coordination + execution.
