The internship involves participating in a live project that helps retail, food and beverage, and service industry employers post job openings for free on Hiredly. The intern's main task is to find the appropriate employers, identify decision-makers or hiring contacts using various online tools, and assist the team in reaching these employers faster, including calling outlets when contact information is not publicly available. The role supports the outreach team by providing targeted leads and uncovering real-world business data.
Job Requirements
Research retail, food and beverage, and service industry companies that are actively hiring or expanding.
Identify decision-makers or hiring contacts through LinkedIn, Google, directories, and other sources.
Call or message outlets to obtain contact information if it is not available online, following an automated workflow.
Clean and prepare outreach lists using Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Participate in weekly review sessions with the team to share findings, ask questions, and improve targeting methods.
