Role Summary
The Internship Sales cum Customer Service is responsible for driving product sales through various online and offline channels. This role involves developing marketing activities, supporting resellers, and building strong relationships with customers and partners to achieve sales and marketing targets.
Job Description
The intern will engage in daily activities that include driving product sales via platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and events. They will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a team to create engaging content and conduct market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product sales through online and offline channels.
- Develop and implement marketing activities.
- Support resellers with content and marketing tools.
- Create engaging content for social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Job Requirements
Strong selling skills with past sales/marketing experience preferred.
Creative thinker with knowledge of social media marketing.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
Proactive, results-driven, and willing to learn.
