The Sales Support Intern will assist the sales team by organizing the sales pipeline, responding to customer inquiries, and facilitating the closing of deals. The role involves preparing quotations, comparison sheets, and proposals, updating customer information in CRM and Excel, handling basic communications via WhatsApp, phone, and email, and supporting sales activities such as showroom visits and demos.
Currently studying Business, Marketing, Engineering, Mechatronics, or any related course.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Communicates well in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
Organized and detail-oriented with an aptitude for numbers and technical products.
Shows curiosity about CNC machines, manufacturing, or F1/engineering technology.
Able to commit at least 3 months, starting from December or later.
