Job Description
As an Internship Technician Air-Conditioner, you will engage in hands-on work involving the maintenance and repair of air-conditioning systems in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with experienced technicians and gain practical skills essential for your career in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation work on air-conditioning equipment according to specified standards.
- Supervise equipment operations and ensure all systems function properly.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in good condition.
- Assist in resolving technical problems and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Prepare reports related to equipment status and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Support the team in emergency repairs or related projects.
- Operate company vehicles for equipment delivery or transportation if required.
Job Requirements
Hold SPM, SKM, diploma, or equivalent qualifications.
Have more than 3 months of industrial training.
Possess a valid GDL license (Team Leader).
Have the physical strength and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Have problem-solving skills and the ability to read technical plans.
