
The Inventory Administrator will manage and update the Warehouse DO and Courier Systems, ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient processing of delivery orders while collaborating with team members.
As an Inventory Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and updating the Warehouse Delivery Order (DO) System and the Courier System. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records of inventory movements. You will ensure that all delivery orders are processed efficiently and that the systems are kept up-to-date with the latest information. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to streamline inventory management processes and assist in resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Proficient in managing Warehouse DO System
Experience with Courier System management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
