Job Description
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will engage in daily tasks that involve generating shipping documents, recording inventory changes, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. You will work in a dynamic environment that promotes personal growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate shipping documents and PGI into the system on time.
- Record amendments into the Dock Cut Spreadsheet.
- Fax Loading Summary to CP Spore.
- Generate the Custom Form for Spore on time.
- File all shipping documents including Esat Malaysia, Export, Spore, and Co-Packing.
- Conduct blind counts timely and accurately, counter-checking against Import PO.
- Print labels for import shipments and pass them to the operations team.
- Manage overtime within agreed limits.
- Measure and monitor LEAN activities within the department.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards procedures at all times.
Job Requirements
At least SPM or Diploma in any field.
Preferred 2 years’ experience in a related function, advantageous if with FMCG warehouse experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
