• Control inventory levels by reviewing data in the tracking system.
• Retrieve and analyze data to design comprehensive reports.
• Maintain historical records to identify discrepancies between inventory and stock control records.
• Participate in cycle and stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and report discrepancies in inventory records.
• Document corrective and preventive actions for inventory issues.
• Prepare inventory reports for managerial review.
• Liaise with the warehouse to track inventory movements.
• Assist the manager with daily inventory movements.
• Enter inventory movement data related to customers into the system.
