The Inventory Executive at CEVA Logistics is responsible for controlling inventory levels by reviewing data in the tracking system, retrieving data, designing reports, and taking corrective actions. The role includes maintaining historical records to analyze discrepancies between inventory and stock control records, participating in cycle and stock counts, investigating and reporting discrepancies, documenting corrective and preventive actions, preparing inventory reports for managerial review, liaising with the warehouse to track inventory movements, assisting the manager with daily inventory movements, entering inventory movement data related to customers into the system, and ensuring timely data entry for inbound and outbound activities. Additional duties may be assigned by the manager.
