Job Description

The IT Administrator role at Capco Global IT involves providing high-quality IT support within the local office and remotely to global offices as part of a follow-the-sun support model. The role includes collaboration with IT teams across the Americas, Europe, and APAC regions and may require flexibility in shift coverage to accommodate different time zones. The position may also involve travel to regional offices for hands-on support, infrastructure troubleshooting, and on-site implementations.

Job Requirements

Ability to deliver high-quality IT support following ITIL practices.

Experience responding to and triaging support requests via global ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

Skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software remotely and on-site.

Ability to assist users with VPN access and connectivity issues.

Experience coordinating with vendors for hardware and AV equipment repairs or replacements.

Capability to provide comprehensive desktop support via phone, email, and desk-side assistance.

Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting printers, room booking systems, and mobile devices including Android and iOS.

Ability to maintain server room hygiene including cabling and hardware upkeep.

Experience supporting regional laptop refresh initiatives.

Ability to manage workstation inventory and asset tracking.

Experience overseeing laptop collection for departing employees.

Skills in deploying laptops using AutoPilot and maintaining accurate asset records.

Ability to assist with MacBook administration and support.

Skills in documenting processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Experience supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) activities.

Ability to execute new joiner processes including creating user accounts in Active Directory, preparing and deploying laptops, and delivering IT inductions for new staff.
