Xenber Sdn Bhd is a software development and technology engineering company providing IT consultancy, software design and development, professional services, and hardware deployment and maintenance to various sectors including government, financial services, telecommunications, energy, healthcare, education, and private sector. The company is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the team to help serve clients and maintain high software solution standards. The role involves facilitating structured discussions with business users to capture and analyze requirements, managing stakeholders, defining business and functional requirements, supporting technical solution development, assisting with training and cutover support, and contributing to best practices in business analysis.
Job Requirements
Confidence in understanding impacts to business process.
Excellent communication skills.
Hands-on expertise in performing user acceptance testing.
Experience in new feature development & production support.
Third Line support experience, including problem and incident management.
Minimum 1 years9 experience in Jira.
Demonstrable stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable conducting workshops with senior management.
Ability to work autonomously.
Undergraduate degree in business or IT.
1 years+ experience as a BA.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Effective people management skills to drive stakeholder agreement on solutions.
Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills to conceptualise and explain solutions.
Strong business acumen.
Comfortable working in a pressured and dynamic environment.
