The IT Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs and ensuring high standards in software solutions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define requirements and support technical development in a dynamic environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with business users to capture and analyze their requirements while managing stakeholder expectations. You will also support the development of technical solutions and assist in training and cutover activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate structured discussions with business users to capture requirements.
- Analyze and define business and functional requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- Support technical solution development and implementation.
- Assist with user acceptance testing and training.
- Contribute to best practices in business analysis.
- Conduct workshops with senior management to drive agreement on solutions.
Job Requirements
Undergraduate degree in business or IT.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
Hands-on expertise in user acceptance testing.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Confidence in understanding impacts to business processes.
